Shiny and smooth chocolate ganache
If you are a pastry lover, this recipe is a must. Chocolate ganache is useful for decorating cakes, cookies, many other desserts, and even drinks.
- 1⁄2 Cup cocoa powder
- 1⁄2 Cup sugar
- 1 Cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 teaspoon corn flour
In a saucepan, add the cocoa powder and sugar.
Add gradually the milk.
Mix well until having no lumps.
Place the saucepan on the stove.
Add the vanilla extract and stir.
In a bowl, place the corn flour and 1 tbsp of milk. Mix well.
Add the corn flour slurry to the chocolate. Mix until thicken.
Add the butter.
Stir until it looks glossy.
Pour into a container. Enjoy!
