- 180 g butter
- 300 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 bananas
- 280 g Wheat flour
- 2 teaspoon corn flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 11⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 340 g Oatmeal
- chocolate chips
- crystal sugar
Place the peeled and diced banana in the Thermomix mixing bowl. Blend.
Then, add the butter, egg and vanilla extract. Mix it all together.
Add the dry ingredients: sugar, salt and cinnamon powder. Mix it all together. Then, Add the flour, oats, baking soda and cornflour. Mix again.
Add half a cup of chocolate chips to the dough and mix by hand.
Place baking paper on a baking tray. With the help of a spoon pour small portions of the dough. Flatten each portion with a spoon. Bake them for about 12 minutes or until golden brown in a preheated oven at 180° C.
Separate a handful of the chocolate chips and melt them with the rest. With the melted chocolate, decorate the biscuits with the help of a spoon. Fill the spoon with chocolate and let it drip down in lines.
Add the chocolate sprinkles and granulated sugar. Enjoy!
