- 300 g Tuna in water (well drained)
- 1 Cup Almond flour cup
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Italian spices
- to taste black pepper
- 2 teaspoon Fresh dill (chopped)
- fresh lemon juice
- to taste salt and pepper
- to taste Dijon mustard
- Lemon zest
- 1 Cup grated parmesan
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
Take a large mixing bowl to add tuna, onion, parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well with the help of a wooden spoon or a fork until well combined.
By using ¼ of the mixture, make almost 1-inch-thick rounds. Take a frying pan, apply some oil, and heat up on the medium flame.
Gently cook your patties for about 5 minutes on each side on a medium flame.
Now in a small mixing bowl, add ¾ cup of mayonnaise, fresh dill, lemon zest, fresh lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix all these ingredients until it becomes smooth and creamy.
Serve your delicious tuna patties with lemon dill aioli, lemon juice, or a side salad. Enjoy your meal!
