Spicy and delicious stir fry Chinese noodles
- 400 g pasta
- 1 cloves of garlic
- 1 carrot
- 1⁄2 onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1⁄2 tablespoon ginger powder
- 1⁄2 tablespoon cayenne powder
- 200 g shrimps
- 1⁄2 ml soy sauce
- black pepper
- Parsley or chopped cilantro
Cook the noodles in boiling water with salt for 10 minutes stirring frequently, Drain the water and set aside
Preheat the wok with oil on high heat
Add chopped garlic, onion in thin slices, cubed carrot, cubed bell pepper, salt and black pepper. Cook for 4 minutes.
Add the chopped prawns and mix everything. Cook for 2 minutes until golden brown.
Add and mix the noodles, soy sauce, ginger and cayenne.
Serve and sprinkle with cilantro or parsley.
