- 1 pcs egg
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 1 Spoon baking powder

Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and baking powder. Cut the butter into small pieces and add it to the bowl.
2. Step
Whisk the eggs in a small bowl and add it to the large bowl. Start kneading the dough with your hands.
3. Step
Cut the bitter chocolate into small pieces and add it into the dough. Stir thoroughly.
4. Step
From the dough, make small balls and place them on a tray lined with baking paper. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
5. Step
Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool down. Then you can serve them.
