1. Step

Start by soaking the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes. This prevents them from burning when you grill the kebabs.

To create the marinade, combine the soy sauce, honey, curry powder, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Whisk until well combined.

Add in the chicken pieces to the bowl and thoroughly mix, ensuring each piece is well coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Marinating overnight allows flavors to penetrate more deeply, enriching the overall taste.
