1. Step

Heat a frying pan and fry the chopped onion in butter until golden brown. Add the peeled and finely chopped garlic.

2. Step

When the garlic and onion have browned a little, dust with flour and stir quickly. Then pour in the broth. Leave the soup on a low heat for about 20 minutes.

3. Step

In the meantime, fry the cubed bread in oil in a frying pan.

4. Step

Add the beaten egg to the soup and boil it for a while.

5. Step

Finally, season the soup with salt, paprika and black pepper.
