Who doesn't like muffins? Today I would like to share with you the recipe for my favorite, chocolate muffins with cherries. The muffins smell beautiful and taste great thanks to the combination of chocolate and cherries.

  • 200 g Flours Added to
  • 2 spoons cocoa Added to
  • 112 spoons baking powder Added to
  • 120 g sugar Added to
  • 150 g Seedless cherries Added to
  • 100 g Chocolates Added to
  • 2 pcs Eggs Added to
  • 125 ml Milks Added to
  • 125 ml oil Added to
  • pinch of salt Added to

1. Step

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line muffin molds with paper baskets.

2. Step

In one bowl mix dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt and sugar.

3. Step

In a second bowl, mix the eggs, milk and oil. Then slowly add the dry ingredients, trying not to mix the dough too vigorously. Add chopped cherries and finely chopped chocolate, and mix gently.

4. Step

Put the dough into the molds, filling them to ¾ of their height. Bake for about 25 minutes.
