Chocolate Cake in a Tort Cake Form

A creamy and velvety chocolate cake that is baked in a tort cake form. This cake is ideal for celebrations or just for relaxation after a demanding day.

  • 125 g brown sugar Added to
  • 100 g butter Added to
  • 200 g dark chocolate Added to
  • 3 pcs Eggs Added to
  • 100 g self-rising flour Added to

Glazing

  • 200 g dark chocolate Added to
  • 200 ml whipped cream Added to
  • white chocolate Added to

1. Step

Prepare and grease a cake tin with butter. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

2. Step

Melt the butter and sugar in a small pan, add the chocolate and let it cool down.

3. Step

Add eggs and flour to the chocolate mixture, mix and pour into the mold.

4. Step

Put the cake into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.

5. Step

While the pie is baking, prepare the icing. Melt the dark chocolate, add cream and stir until smooth.

6. Step

Pour the icing over the warm cake and let it set. Then melt the white chocolate and pour it over the cake.
