Zucchini Spaghetti with Garlic and Parmesan

1. Step

To cook the zucchini spaghetti, prepare the zucchini into spaghetti using a spiral cutter.

2. Step

Heat the olive oil in a large pan and add the chopped garlic. Cook it until it is golden brown.

3. Step

Add the zucchini spaghetti and cook them for 2-3 minutes until they are soft.

4. Step

Remove the pan from the stove and stir in the grated Parmesan.

5. Step

Serve the zucchini spaghetti immediately, garnished with a little more Parmesan and possibly fresh herbs.
