- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- 1⁄2 Cup Parmesan cheese

- hamburger seasoning
- 1 Cup bbq sauce
- 1⁄4 Cup jelly/preserves
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
Chop parsley and grate onion in box grater. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl as seen in the video (leaving your egg and bread crumbs for the end).
Once all ingredients are mixed well, add eggs and bread crumbs and fold until meatloaf takes shape and comes together.
Roll into 1-2 oz balls. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray and place meatballs on it and place in a 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until browned and 160 degrees internal temp.
Make sauce by warming bbq sauce and jelly together whisking constantly. Bring to a gentle simmer and add brown sugar and honey. Adjust flavor to your preference.
