Directions

180 min.
1. Step

1. Prepare the pork loin: preheat the oven to 180°C. Clean the pork loin well and make longitudinal cuts without completely piercing it. Season it to taste and place it in a baking dish. Set aside.

2. Step

2. Prepare the filling: Mix the ham, cheese, plums, almonds, and raisins. Fill the pork loin with this mixture.

3. Step

3. Cook the loin: Place the already stuffed loin in the oven for approximately 90 minutes. During this time, occasionally baste it with its own juices to keep it moist.

4. Step

4. Prepare the dressing: While the loin is cooking, mix the white wine with the honey and heat it over low heat in a small saucepan. Set aside.

5. Step

5. Finish the loin: Once the loin is cooked, remove the dish from the oven and pour over it the honey and wine dressing. Return the loin to the oven for another 10 minutes so it can glaze.

6. Step

6. Serve: Let the loin rest for a few minutes before cutting it. Serve hot, preferably accompanied by mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables.
