- 125 g sugar
- 125 g butter
- 1 pcs egg
- 1⁄2 pcs baking soda
Pudding
- 1 packing vanilla pudding
- 500 ml milk
- 2 tablespoon sugar
Strawberries
- 500 g Strawberries

1. Step
Preheat the oven to 180° and prepare the baking dish. Mix all the ingredients for the dough and knead a smooth dough. Roll out the dough and place it in the mold.
2. Step
Heat the milk, sugar, and add the pudding to a medium temperature. Cook according to the instructions on the packaging until thickened. Pour the still hot pudding onto the dough in the mold.
3. Step
We wash the strawberries, remove the stems and cut them in half. We spread them on top of the pudding layer.
4. Step
Bake the cake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown. Let the cake cool completely before serving.
