Pasta salad without mayonnaise
Recipe for a delicious pasta salad without mayonnaise, instead of which sour cream is used.

Ingredients

 - 250 g pasta
- 150 g Hams
- 200 g sour cream
- 100 g peas
- 100 g carrots
- 100 g Canned maize
- salt
- garlic
- ground black pepper

Directions

1. Step 
  Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package - al dente.
2. Step 
  While the pasta is cooking, cut the ham into smaller cubes and the carrots into thin slices.
3. Step 
  Rinse the corn and peas and drain well. I use canned vegetables because they are quicker to prepare and taste virtually no different.
4. Step 
  Mix all ingredients in a bowl, add sour cream and mix well. Don't forget to season with salt, ground black pepper and a little garlic for the perfect taste.
5. Step 
  Although the salad is very tasty immediately after preparation, my recommended tip is to let it sit in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
