 Cutlets
- 500 grams Minced meat
 - 1 piece egg
 - 3 cloves garlic
 - 2 glasses Breadcrumbs
 - 1 teaspoon salt and pepper

1. Step 
  We chop the garlic and mix it with minced meat.
2. Step 
  We add an egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper to the meat.
3. Step 
  Knead the meat until the ingredients are combined.
4. Step 
  We cut the cheese into small pieces.
5. Step 
  We form flat patties from the meat, put a piece of cheese in the middle of each one, and then we close the cheese in the meat, forming round patties.
6. Step 
  We heat the oil in a pan and fry the cutlets until golden brown on both sides.

  We serve it hot with your favourite toppings.
