- 0.8 litre milk

1. Step
In a small bowl, mix cocoa and sugar.
2. Step
Bring the milk to a boil in a small saucepan, but do not let it boil for long.
3. Step
Add the mixture of cocoa and sugar to the boiling milk and stir.
4. Step
Simmer on low heat until the sugar and cocoa are completely dissolved and the drink is sufficiently hot.
5. Step
Serve the hot chocolate immediately.
