Homemade Vegan Poke Bowl

High-protein meals for vegetarians, vegans, and weight watchers
- 1 Cup rice
- a handful Mixed greens
- 1 Cup sliced Red and yellow bell peppers
- 2 sliced cucumbers
- 1 Cup diced Tofu
- 1 diced Avocado
- a handful Seaweed salad
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Green onions (optional)
- Sesame seeds (optional)
- Wasabi (optional)
First, prepare all your ingredients and then locate a medium-sized bowl to prepare your healthy meal. Add a cup of boiled rice to the bowl.
Now add a handful of mixed greens (the blend may vary; you can add whatever you like, such as spinach, baby lettuce, oak leave lettuce, etc.), sliced red and yellow bell papers, sliced cucumbers, sliced soft tofu, sliced avocados, and a handful of seaweed salad. Now stir in 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
After adding all the ingredients mentioned above, top your bowl with toppings, including green onions, sesame seeds, wasabi, etc. These are optional but are suggested for a healthy yet flavorful poke bowl.
