Directions

10 min.
1. Step

Start by preparing all your fresh ingredients. Wash and slice your strawberries, orange, and cucumber into thin slices, making sure to keep them as uniform as possible. This not only makes the final drink look better aesthetically but also allows for the flavors to seep out evenly in the drink.

2. Step

In a large pitcher, add the Pimms No. 1. Use good quality, chilled lemonade soda, as this is the backbone of your cocktail and directly impacts the final taste. Pour it into the pitcher.

3. Step

Next, it's time to introduce our prepared fresh fruits. Add the sliced strawberries, oranges, and cucumber to the pitcher. Toss in a generous handful of fresh mint leaves.

4. Step

Mix everything together, allowing each ingredient to interact with the others. Leave the mixture to infuse for around 10 minutes. This little patience step brings a drastic change to the outcome, making the cocktail intensely flavorful.

5. Step

Finally, add the ice cubes. Stir again gently and serve immediately.
