- 1 tablespoon oil
- 250 g rice
- 100 g spring onion
- 100 g cabbage
- 1 onion
- 1 tbl black pepper
- 1 Capsicum
Boil 1 cup of rice in a medium-sized pan and keep them aside. Take a medium-sized frying pan. Add some oil carefully into the pan and heat. After that, add chopped or diced onions into the pan and cook until nicely browned.
Now add cabbage into the pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add pepper into the pan and stir it using a wooden spatula until nicely cooked.
Add spring onion to the same frying pan and mix it well using a spatula. Cook it for some time, and you will notice that the color becomes brownish. Not add capsicum into the pan and stir. You can also add sausages (such as sweet sauce or any other sauce- if you like it) for some nourishing taste.
After that, add your 1 cup boiled rice into the pan and blend all the ingredients using your wooden spatula until well combined. Cook for some time. Take it out on a serving plate. And your happy meal—delicious nasi goreng is ready to be served.
