- 1 Cup corn flour
- 1 Cup whole-wheat flour
- 2 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 Cup milk
- 1 Cup Corn kernels
- 1 Cup Chopped pickled Jalapeno
Take cornmeal in a large bowl and add whole wheat flour.
Also, add baking powder and salt to the bowl. Give it all a good mix.
Next, crack an egg, whisk it well, and add it to the bowl.
Add any cooking oil to the mixture. Here we will use olive oil.
Now add a cup of milk and mix them until a very thick paste gets ready.
Then add a cup of corn kernels to the above paste.
Add some chopped jalapenos. Please give it a mix again.
Get a muffin tray and sprinkle oil in the molders. Now, pour the prepared paste into the tray.
