1. Step

First, prepare the hokkaido pumpkin. There is no need to peel it, I just recommend washing it well as the skin is edible and will add an interesting flavour to the pumpkin when grilled. Cut the pumpkin in half, remove the seeds and cut into slices about a centimetre thick.

2. Step

Place the hokkaido slices in a bowl and add the olive oil, salt and paprika. Mix everything thoroughly to distribute the spices evenly.

3. Step

Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill the pumpkin for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
