Easy Moroccan recipe for preserved lemons
Preserved lemons are widely used in African cuisine and more specifically in Moroccan cuisine, where they are known as Hamad Mraquade. It is a very simple recipe in which the lemons are subjected to a fermentation process with the help of salt and juice.

- 1⁄2 Cup lemon juice

1. Step 
  Cut the lemons. Fill them with salt.
2. Step 
  Place the lemons in a jar to the top.
3. Step 
  Add the lemon juice.
4. Step 
  Add two teaspoons of salt.
5. Step 
  Add the olive oil.
6. Step 
  Cover and wait four weeks to consume.
