- 100 g icing sugar
- 6 egg
- 2 cans condensed milk
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 50 g sugar
- 200 g butter
- 3 limes or lemons

Process the biscuits and add the melted butter.
2. Step
Form a dough and cover the cake tin.
3. Step
Mix the condensed milk with the egg yolks and the zest and juice of the limes.
4. Step
Pour over the base and bake in a minimum oven for 20 minutes.
5. Step
Whip the cream to the chantilly point.
6. Step
Decorate with a piping bag and lime slices.
