Creamy Bear's Garlic Soup
A delicious creamy soup made from bear's garlic. You can serve it with an egg and toasted bread.

- 300 g Bear's garlic
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 l water
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 2 pcs potato starch
- 1 pcs butter
- 1 ts salt and pepper

1. Step
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in butter until golden.
2. Step
Add the chopped bear's garlic and sauté briefly together with the onion.
3. Step
Pour in water, add salt, spices and let it simmer.
4. Step
Blend the soup until smooth with an immersion blender.
5. Step
Mix the cream with starch and add it to the soup. Cook for a few minutes.
