Directions

20 min.
1. Step

Make sure you have a clean and dry glass bag that holds 1 litre beforehand.

2. Step

To one litre of cognac or vodka, add 200 g of crystal sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves. There is no need to use expensive alcohol, even such ordinary vodka will give the coconut liqueur a perfect taste.

3. Step

Pour in 1 litre of milk and 200 ml of coconut milk.

4. Step

Split the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds. Add the seeds and pod to the liqueur. The vanilla pod will give the liqueur a subtle vanilla flavour.

5. Step

Stir and leave in a cool place for two weeks. Stir occasionally during ripening. Two weeks is the optimum time for maturation to allow the flavours to fully develop and merge with the other ingredients.

6. Step

After maturing, strain through a cloth and pour into clean bottles. And there's nothing stopping your coconut liqueur from shining.
