 - 75 g dry onion
 - 95 g onion
 - 500 g sunflower oil
 - 65 g olive oil
 - 100 g water
 - 20 ml lemon juice

1. Step 
  Pour olive oil and sunflower oil into a jug.
2. Step 
  In a blender or food processor, add the rest of the ingredients except the water and blend until smooth.
3. Step 
  Blend and add the two types of oil to the mixture.
4. Step 
  Correct the texture of the taramasalata with cold water, if necessary, and keep it in the refrigerator.
