Toffifee Macaroons

A sweet delicacy, ideal for the festive season or simply as a special treat. The combination of Toffifee, coconut, and white chocolate will delight you!

Ingredients

Macaron dough

  • 200 g sugar Added to
  • 4 Piece egg whites Added to
  • 200 g grated coconut Added to
  • 1 TL vanilla sugar Added to

Filling

  • 20 Piece Toffifee Added to

Coating

  • 200 g white chocolate Added to

Directions

1. Step

To bake the Toffifee macaroons, preheat your oven to 150 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.

2. Step

For the macaron dough, beat the egg whites until stiff, then add the sugar and the vanilla sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form.

3. Step

Carefully fold the coconut flakes into the egg white mixture.

4. Step

Use a tablespoon to shape small macaroons on the prepared baking sheet. Press a small indentation into each macaroon and place a Toffifee inside.

5. Step

Bake the macaroons for 15-20 minutes until they are firm and golden brown.

6. Step

Let the Toffifee macaroons cool on the baking tray.

7. Step

Melt the white chocolate in a microwave or over a water bath and put it in a piping bag.

8. Step

Cover each macaroon with melted white chocolate and let it harden.

9. Step
