Sticky & Sweet Chicken Drumsticks in Slow Cooker

- 10 chicken drumsticks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 Cup chicken broth
- 2 tbls soy sauce
- 2 tbls With
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish; optional)

Directions
In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
Rinse the chicken drumsticks under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
Rub the chicken drumsticks with the spice mixture, making sure to coat them evenly.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the chicken drumsticks in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they are browned. This step adds extra flavor to the chicken.
Transfer the browned drumsticks to the slow cooker.
In the same skillet, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, and honey. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly for about 1-2 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the chicken drumsticks in the slow cooker.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 4 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
Once cooked, remove the drumsticks from the slow cooker and transfer them to a serving dish.
Optional: Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the chicken for an added touch of freshness.
