Piszkopt with apples for fast is a recipe that This is the perfect solution when you are craving something sweet, but do not have many ingredients at home. The apples add lightness and moisture to the cake, and the powdered sugar on top creates a beautiful white layer that is irresistible.
Ingredients
- 5 medium apples
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 200 g Flours
- 200 g sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Prepare a baking pan - line it with baking paper or grease it with butter and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs.
Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices. Mix them with cinnamon and set them aside - the apples will let go of their juice, which will perfectly enliven the taste of the cake.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until light and fluffy - this is a key moment, because the subsequent fluffiness of the cake depends on the beaten eggs.
Add flour sifted with baking powder and salt. Stir gently, but not for too long - stirring too vigorously can make the dough clump.
Add apples with juice and cinnamon to the batter. Mix until the ingredients are combined.
Transfer the cake to a baking pan and bake for about 50 minutes. Check with a stick if the cake is baked.
Cool the cake on a rack after removing from the oven. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
