Recipe for homemade nut butter.

1. Step

Let's start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees. While the oven is preheating, you can spread the nuts evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. When the oven is hot enough, place the baking sheet with the nuts inside and bake them for about 10 minutes or until they are lightly golden brown. Be careful not to let the nuts burn. Then let the nuts cool.

2. Step

Then place the nuts with a pinch of salt and two tablespoons of honey in a blender or food processor and blend for 10-15 minutes until you get a smooth butter. For the first five minutes, the nuts will just look like crunchy crumbs, but continue blending until the levels are smooth.

3. Step

If you want a more creamy butter, add a tablespoon of olive oil.
