- 100 ml water
- 3 tablespoon white sugar
- 6 tablespoon maize starch
- 1 spoon extra virgin coconut oil
- Shredded coconut

1. Step
In a bowl add a splash of sunflower oil and a bit of water. Spread this mixture all over the base and around the edges.
2. Step
Cut the oranges in half and extract the juice.
3. Step
In a saucepan, pour orange juice, water, sugar and cornflour. Mix well until everything is dissolved and integrated. Cook until it thickens and without stopping stirring.
4. Step
After a few minutes, it will take on a gelatinous texture and change colour. Stir and wait for the mixture to start to bubble.
5. Step
Remove from heat. Then, add the coconut oil and mix well.
6. Step
Place the dough into the greased saucepan.
7. Step
Let it cool and place it in the fridge all night long.
8. Step
Cut the dough into small squares.
9. Step
Coat the Turkish delights with shredded coconut.
10. Step
Enjoy!
