Tarte Tatin is a typical French dessert loved by many people. Here you will find a recipe that is very easy and quick to make.
- 4 apple
- 1 puff pastry
- 1⁄2 sugar
- 2 cubes of butter
Peel the apples or pears and leave them in a bowl. Then, remove the stone and the bottom.
Make a caramel with sugar and butter.
Place the halved apples or pears on top of the caramel. Bake the apples and pears in the oven for 15 minutes at 200° C. Then, leave to cool.
Put the puff pastry on top and bake again for 25 minutes at 200° C.
When they come out of the oven, turn the pastries over on a plate while they are still hot.
Leave to cool and eat! Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
