How to prepare at home self raising flour?
Usually, we don't have these special flours at home, but there's really no need because you can make self-raising flour quickly with this recipe.
- 240 g self-rising flour
- 11⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients.
Sieve through a sieve.
Store in a hermetic container. It can be stored for months.
