  • 20 g yeast Added to

We prepare the leaven from water, milk, sugar, and yeast. After 10 minutes, we add the remaining ingredients and mix for another 5 minutes. Let it rise for about half an hour. We divide the dough into 6 equal parts, which we shape into croissants. We let it rise again for 15 minutes and brush it with an egg before baking. Bake for 15 minutes at 190 degrees.
