Homemade chicken tenderloin with potatoes recipe

- 800 g chicken tenderloin
- 4 potato
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- black pepper
- 1 dash oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1⁄2 teaspoon thyme
Chop the onion finely.
Wash, peel and slice the potatoes not too thickly.
Place a drizzle of oil on the base of the tray.
Cover with a layer of potatoes, salt them and cover with half of the onion. Top with another layer of potato, salt and onion.
Crush a clove of garlic and rub the chicken tenderloin with it.
Add thyme, salt, pepper and parsley.
Place the chicken tenderloin on the potato and onion bed.
Preheat the oven to 160 °C and bake for 90 minutes. Don't forget to turn the chicken tenderloin after 45 minutes.
