Grilled fish on the pan
Recipe for tasty grilled fish in a pan. Follow the procedure and I guarantee that the fish will be amazingly tender and juicy.

 - 1 a piece fish
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 a piece lemon
- A few sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 3 tablespoon olive oil

1. Step 
  Clean and dry the fish thoroughly first. Then rub it with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
2. Step 
  Preheat the pan and add the olive oil. When the oil is hot enough, add the fish. This is important because if the pan is well preheated, the fish will not stick to it.
3. Step 
  Cut the garlic into slices and the lemon into quarters. Add these ingredients to the fish along with the sprigs of rosemary.
4. Step 
  Sear the fish on one side for about 10-12 minutes, then carefully turn it over and sear the other side.
5. Step 
  After baking, squeeze the lemon juice over the fish and serve.
