Tomahawk steak is one of the favourite cuts on the grill. This is a simple recipe for juicy meat, seasoned with herb butter and accompanied by grilled vegetables. You'll be able to offer an easy and delicious BBQ at home.
- 1200 g tomahawk
- 200 g butter
- 100 g tybo cheese
- Lemon zest
- fresh oregano
- 1 leek
- 1 sweetcorn
- Portobello mushrooms
- 1 zucchini
- 1 spring onion
- black pepper
- olive oil
Salt and grill the meat.
Grill the vegetables on a griddle and add olive oil, salt and pepper.
Stuff the portobello with grated or ground Tybo cheese.
In a bowl, add the butter and add chopped herbs, lemon zest, salt and pepper.
Mould the mixture in cling film and put it in the fridge until it hardens.
Add the herbed butter to the meat and allow it to melt.
Serve the tomahawk and enjoy.
