We start by crumbling cookies into the bottom of the mold and pour melted butter over them. Then, in a separate bowl mix cheese, pudding, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until the mixture is smooth. Pour it over the cookies and bake for about 1 hour at 180 degrees. I recommend checking the cheesecake as it bakes, as each oven works slightly differently and may require more or less time.

Always bake the cheesecake in water to avoid cracks on the top. You can simply place the mold on a baking sheet filled with water.

To ensure uniformity of the cheese mixture, grind the cheese thoroughly and mix well with the remaining ingredients.

Before removing the cheesecake from the oven, make sure it is well baked. You can check this by poking a stick into the center - if it comes out dry, the cheesecake is ready.
