Preheat the oven to 180°C. Clean the carrots and grate them finely. Chop the nuts finely.
2. Step
In a large bowl, mix the grated carrot, chopped nuts, eggs, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon. Stir until all the ingredients are combined.

Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
