Avocado pudding

Recipe for healthy avocado pudding with banana and cocoa.

1. Step

Halve the avocado and remove the core, place the contents in a blender. It is good to use ripe avocados as they are soft and easy to blend.

2. Step

Add the bananas to the blender. They should also be ripe to make the dessert juicy and sweet.

3. Step

Add the cocoa, honey and a pinch of salt. The unsweetened cocoa gives the dessert a chocolate flavour, the honey a sweetness. The salt will subtly enhance the flavours of the other ingredients.

4. Step

Blend everything well until smooth. The pudding should be creamy and without lumps. If it is too thick, you can add a little water or vegetable milk.

5. Step

Put the finished pudding into bowls and leave in the fridge for at least an hour to set. The pudding is much tastier when you take it out of the fridge.
