Mayonnaise for hamburger
A quick and easy way to create a juicy and tasty burger that is made special by this delicious sauce.
- 1 pcs egg
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 200 ml vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar or lemon juice
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika
In a bowl, mix the egg with the mustard. This combination will help us create a thick and creamy mayonnaise.
Gradually add the vegetable oil, stirring constantly (I recommend using a hand mixer). When you notice the mayonnaise starting to solidify, add the oil a little faster.
When the mayonnaise is thick enough, add the vinegar or lemon juice, salt, ground black pepper and ground paprika. Mix thoroughly.
Finally, let the mayonnaise sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for a better flavor result. My experience has shown that mayonnaise is much better when refrigerated.
