- 1⁄2 teaspoon allspice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 60 ml spiced rum
- A dollop of whipped cream for garnish
- Chocolate shavings for garnish

In a small saucepan, combine the coffee, allspice, nutmeg, and brown sugar. Stir well.
2. Step
Place the saucepan over low-medium heat and bring to a simmer. Simmer for a few minutes until the flavors infuse the coffee.

Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the spiced rum.
4. Step
Pour the spiced rum coffee into two mugs.

Top each mug with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle on some chocolate shavings.
