Easy baked chicken thighs with potatoes recipe
These baked chicken thighs are very easy to prepare and delicious. In this recipe, they are roasted with potatoes for extra flavour.
- 4 whole chicken legs
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoon Italian spices
- 350 ml white wine
Wash and peel the potatoes.
Cut the potatoes into 1.5 centimetre thick slices.
Peel and chop the onion into julienne strips.
Put all the potatoes and onion in an ovenproof dish. Add salt.
Pour a dash of extra virgin olive oil. Mix with your hands so that the potatoes and onion are well impregnated.
Peel the garlic cloves and crush them in a mortar to obtain a paste.
Add the Italian chicken seasoning.
Add 2 tablespoons of the spice mixture to the garlic clove paste.
Add the white wine and stir well.
Place the chicken thighs on top of the potatoes and drizzle with the freshly prepared sauce.
Place the tray in the oven at a medium height and bake the chicken in a preheated oven at 180° C for 2 hours.
Remove the chicken from the oven and serve with the potatoes. Delicious, tasty, juicy chicken and very easy to make, as you have seen!
