VIDEORECIPE Chicken strogranoff

- black pepper
- 1⁄2 onion
- 11⁄2 Wheat flour
- 2 tablespoon white wine
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 100 ml tomato paste
- 200 ml milk cream
- 700 gr chicken fillet
- 250 gr of mushrooms
In a bowl stir flour, black pepper, salt.
In a preheated pan put oil, chicken, onion and stir until golden brown.
Add mushrooms, set high heat, sauté and stir for two minutes.
Add white wine, mustard, tomato paste and stir. Lower the heat and sauté.
Add milk cream and stir until all the ingredients are integrated. Bring to a boil.
