- 200 g Semi-sweet chocolate
- 150 g Margarine or butter
- 3 units Eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 90 g flour
- 1 cdta vanilla essence
Walnuts
- 100 g walnuts

1. Step
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Step
In a bain-marie container, melt the semi-sweet chocolate along with the margarine.
3. Step
Once melted, add the sugar and mix well.
4. Step
Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
5. Step
Add the sifted flour and the vanilla essence, and mix until you get a smooth dough.
6. Step
Chop the walnuts and add them to the mix.
7. Step
Grease and flour a brownie mold and pour the brownie mixture into it.
8. Step
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
9. Step
Let it cool before unmolding and cutting into squares.
