- 100 g raisins

- 350 ml whole milk
- 50 ml double cream
- 2 large eggs
- 100 g crystal sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat your oven to 180℃/160℃ fan/gas 4.
Butter each quarter of bread on both sides and arrange them in a baking dish.
Sprinkle the raisins and cinnamon evenly over the bread.
